Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is inviting people to its inaugural Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 19 July (noon until 2pm).

The united Trust – the first of its type in the country – went live on 1 February 2017 and brings together the expertise of both the specialist Birmingham Women’s Hospital and Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

The event will feature presentations from the  Trust’s Interim Chairman, Vij Randeniya, and Chief Executive, Sarah-Jane Marsh, that will reflect on what has been a busy 12 months.

Along with looking back at the last year’s performance, key developments, achievements and finances, there will also be information on plans for the future as the Trust and its 6,000 strong team look forward to providing more seamless care for patients across its two sites and having a stronger voice to shape the future of family-centred care in Birmingham and the region, for generations to come.
