Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking a qualified finance professional to chair our Audit Committee in addition to another individual with experience of large scale transformation and workforce development.

Having been commended for our high performing Board and executive team by regulators, our Trust needs Board members of the highest calibre to support the development of its role as a national lead in the delivery of services to women, children and families.

Every member of our team is equally important and this is an exciting time to join the Board with a new Chair and a fresh strategy for delivering our vision to be a world class organisation. We have the momentum to make real and lasting change; reshaping services to meet the needs of our local community and beyond.

Individuals will bring, in addition to their skills and expertise, sound judgement, a collaborative style and the ability to contribute to a strategic board at the highest level. We are a strongly values led organisation with a positive culture, continually aiming improve the care we provide for patients and their families; qualities we want to see reflected in all our staff and their behaviours.

In return for your 3 – 4 days a month commitment, you will be remunerated at £14,000 per annum.
