Patient Advice and Liaison Service

We realise that a hospital can be a worrying, daunting place. If you have any concerns please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).

You can find us in the front of the house area of the hospital.  Or you can leave a message in one of our suggestion boxes, sited in all main patient areas.  An online feedback form is also available.

How can we help you? We can:

  • give help and support for you and your family through the different services available in the Trust
  • make sure you receive the support and information, when most needed
  • try to resolve any concerns you may have at the point of service
  • give you information on the Trusts complaints procedure

We also have a number of health and hospital information leaflets available and, if we can’t help you, we will know someone who can.

Opening Times

Opening times are from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday

You can contact PALS on 0121 627 2747. Out of hours An answerphone will take out of hours’ messages. We will get back to you as soon as possible and all calls should be answered within two working days. If your call is urgent, please contact the mobile phone 07720 703 511.
